Journeys

Updated October 19, 2026

The Journeys panel of the report answers two questions about a page: where did visitors come from, and where did they go next?

  • Before: the page they saw right before, or Entry if their visit started on this page.
  • After: the page they saw next, or Exit if they left.

It starts with your most viewed page. Click any page in either column to put it in the middle and follow the path from there: home, then pricing, then sign-up, one step at a time.

Each visitor counts once per row. Journeys stay within one visit on one day, because Statsdot's visitor code changes every day; a visitor who comes back tomorrow starts a new journey. Filters apply as everywhere: filter by a source to see the paths of those visitors only.

On very busy periods the panel reads a large sample of the visits and says so.
