Terms of service

The service

Statsdot provides website analytics. You add the Statsdot script to websites you own or manage, and Statsdot shows you aggregated statistics about their visits.

Your account

You need an account to use Statsdot. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Only add websites you own or are authorised to measure.

Plans and limits

• Free: up to 10,000 pageviews a month across your sites, one site, data kept for 6 months.
• Paid plans: the pageviews, sites and features shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.

If your sites go over your plan's monthly pageviews, visits keep being recorded and we email you. If a Free account goes over the limit two months in a row, the dashboard asks you to upgrade before showing the statistics. We do not delete data because of the limit.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, VAT included where it applies. The trial is offered once per account. You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. [TO COMPLETE: refund policy and consumer withdrawal right.]

Acceptable use

Do not use Statsdot to measure websites you do not control, to send false data, to overload the service or to try to identify individual visitors.

Your data

The statistics belong to you. We process visitor data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy. [TO COMPLETE: data processing agreement for customers.]

Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
