Shared dashboards

In the site settings, turn on Shared link. Anyone with the link sees that site's dashboard, read only: filters and date ranges work, settings do not. It sets no cookies and search engines do not index it.

Turn the link off to revoke it; turning it on again creates a new link. The shared dashboard stops working while the owner's account has no active plan.
