Conversion ids, deleting purchases, scroll depth built in
Updated October 18, 2026
Purchase events take an optional id, your order number: statsdot.track('Purchase', null, { revenue: 49.90, currency: 'EUR', id: 'order-1001' }). For 7 days, a purchase with an id Statsdot has already received is ignored, so reloaded thank-you pages and retries do not count twice, and it can be deleted: DELETE /api/v1/sites/{site}/conversions/{id} with a write token, or the MCP tool delete-conversion. Statsdot keeps a keyed hash of the id, not the number, and deletes it after 7 days. See Revenue.
Scroll depth no longer needs a second script: turn it on in the site settings and add data-scroll="true" to your snippet. Without the attribute the script reads and sends nothing about scrolling. The old scroll.js is empty, so pages that still load it do not count twice. The script now weighs about 1.2 KB compressed, and we promise under 2 KB.
The WordPress plugin can send the WooCommerce order number as the id; the option is off by default.
