See which AI crawlers read your site
Updated October 18, 2026
AI assistants and search engines send crawlers to read your pages, but crawlers run no JavaScript, so analytics scripts never see them. With AI crawler tracking, your server reports their requests to Statsdot, and the report of your site shows each crawler with its number of requests and the pages crawlers read most.
Turn it on in the settings of your site to get a bot key. On WordPress, paste it in the plugin's settings; for Laravel, PHP, Node and Next.js, the setup guide has the code. Only requests from crawlers of the AI crawler directory are stored, never data about people. Every plan includes 100,000 crawler requests a month, and they do not count towards your events.
